Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Play Maker Studio app (the "App") and the triplethreatbasketballtraining.com website (the "Site"), provided by Triple Threat Basketball Training ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or coach who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Notify us promptly at the email below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or coaching purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products from the App itself.

4Your Content

The plays and other content you create in the App ("Your Content") belong to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to store, sync, and display Your Content to you across your devices as part of providing the service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to any material you include in it.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or the accounts of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6Purchases and Pricing

If the App or any of its features are offered for a fee, the price and terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not control and are not responsible for Apple's billing.

7Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (for accounts and sync) and Apple (for Sign in with Apple and App Store distribution). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

8Availability and Changes

We work to keep the App and Site available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Cloud sync depends on network availability and on the service limits of our providers; if a limit is reached, sync may pause temporarily.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

Training, drills, and physical activity carry inherent risks. Any content in the App or Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical, athletic, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training program.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Threat Basketball Training will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, plays, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25).

11Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Triple Threat Basketball Training operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App or Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
